First heard the cover from Colm, when I saw the title I was here faster than lightning. You've absolutely slayed the track Jonathan!

This version of the song, is like the end of a supernatural western story. The good man with a dark past, forced to pick up his holster, gets his friend killed in trying to stop an evil preacher claiming his atrocities as just. Vowing to come back for revenge, the anti-hero makes a deal with Death, and a double cross with the Devil, tricking him. Only to come back with hell behind him. Burning down the corrupt town and taking the innocent few to a better place out of the valley. Legends speak of the man whom the shadows of hell, walk behind.

Well this was a surprise. I was not expecting a slow powerful ballad from this of all songs, but it worked well. It's good to see you experimenting like this.

The slower more menacing take on the song works great for Jonathan’s voice. Great cover dude would love to see you tackle more Poor Man’s Poison songs (feed the machine and give and take to name a few)
