We went to Hell's Kitchen in Washington DC for our Valentine’s Day date. We chose the lunch prix fixe menu. It started with two unique drinks and a surprise dish of pan-seared scallops for our marriage celebration. The main course was Gordon Ramsay's famous Beef Wellington, and we also had roasted cauliflower. Our meal ended with a delicious sticky toffee pudding cake with vanilla ice cream. A simple yet sweet experience.
