2 things. Where can i get that string ? 😮 and then does switching throw hand from top to bottom help with untangling or sum

The strings are by Foxtail Strings. Rain City had them for sale, but seem to be all out. raincityskills.com/products/foxtail-strings-5-pack Switching arms isn't important for this trick. You can just switch however you want and it shouldn't get you a tangle.
