The game is fantastic, I''m still shocked and incredibly impressed that only 20 devs made the game. It's absolutely insane - with a bigger budget and bigger team, Hellblade 2 could be next level.

the combat is crappy - its case of "this balanced around 1v1, but lets throws more in, and have some come in behind you with no sound (or maybe that was yet another bug)". Get rid of the combat, which the 4 trials proved is not necessary, and you would have a much better game.

This game is amazing, I can’t wait to continue Senua’s story👏 I need more footage. The ending of the first game seemed “pure”, but the newer trailer makes it seem that she’s taken a darker path, I can’t wait 😁

Just completed the game and was baffled at the end, I truly thought Senua had died. My interpretation was that quite possibly Senua never defeated Hela as the achievement I got said Confront Hela as apposed to Defeat her. To know she is still alive and that we will hopefully be receiving a sequel makes me very happy, amazing job Ninja Theory.

I was only wondering why IGN are releasing this video "just in time" for the sequel, when the sequel doesn't even have a release date.

Finally just played and finished this game like 20 mins ago. Goddamn, one of the best video game experience I've ever had. Like one of those games that stick with you for a long time. Can't wait to see what ninja theory does with hellblade 2! And I'm pretty sure this series will be a trilogy, what with the three dots on the most recent trailer.

This recap completely omits the bargain Senua strikes with hela to fight as her champion at ragnorok, and the ending can also be interpreted as hela released the skull from helhiem and accepting the bargain, thus senua becomes her champion the hellblade. Nowhere in the game is the sword garm called the hellblade at all.

I got a deal on Steam and played it. I liked a lot about it. There's certainly room for improvement. Hopefully, due to the success of the first game, they were able to make something truly worthwhile.

The reason why is because this was made by only 20 or less people and with a budget of 10-15 million dollars. They had to seek other ways and technology which is why there’s a need for improvement especially the combat that is repeated. However I am pleased and excited that they are now backed by Microsoft meaning a larger budget, all the resources, and of course complete full independence to do with passion.

I love the game the graphics but I gave up on the game after the Forrest puzzle. I saw a video how to best the puzzle and it was so hideous. Hopefully, it won't be hard to accomplish puzzles in the 2nd game

Hellblade was 1 hell of an experience so im really worried how the 2nd 1 will perform. This is a game that did not need a squeal at all but something i definitely want 4 part 2 is make the make harder becuz it was far 2 easy. The story made have been amazing but i dont want my hand 2 be held while going through the game. Make me feel that the challenge & struggle of Senua is MY challenge & struggle as well 2 defeat the enemies who stand in the way of catharsis.
