You should do the main objective first. Even if you fail to extract you still complete the mission. So it would benefit you to do the main objective first and then go out and look and explore.

If youre level grinding its much faster to speedrun a level doing the main objectives then extract in 5-10 minutes and get 200-+ xp than close to 40 minutes doing everything for 300xp.

The best XP is defense missions on extreme difficulty. Anything above that and the mobs take too long to spawn. We've gotten it down to under 4 minutes typically and it can give 500 XP with a full squad.

But XPs and levels don't mean much. If you speedrun, you won't get the reqs, samples, SCs, and medals you need to buy what you actually unlocked for purchase by speedrunning

@@mushrooka at the end of the day you are going to unlock every upgrade and weapon eventually. Why try speed running through all that when you can focus on just having fun instead.

If u hold square u can turn flashlight on off manually and adjust scope range

And change semi/auto/burst/rate of fire, as well as allowing you to overcharge certain weapons

Going prone makes stamina recharge faster

Don't throw reinforcement strategem to the middle of enemy mobs, getting respawn and died 2 seconds later are wasted attempt.

Let me tell you, money and exp is useless. Your level means nothing after 20. Thus the most important thing is the samples for end game. If you can't extract samples, there's no point of doing missions.
