The trophy seems a lot harder than it actually is I recommend running at least a duo for this but a full team is recommended. Choose which ever load out is comfortable for you and once you land everyone runs it in opposite directions prioritize one player going to extraction immediately (if you have 3 players or more) while the other two or three do the objectives speed is the priority so don’t take engagements you don’t have to.
