Talking a little bit about the best build you can use when going up agaisnt either automatons or terminid, and all of this builds variants depending on whether youre going grouped or playing completely solo

Ever since I started to copy Takibo's loadouts, I was able to do a lvl 7 operation (3 missions) by myself and I'm an average player. I wholeheartedly recommend his insights.

I'm playing on console and I would like to get better aim for weak spots, makes me wish for a good pc so I can finally land my shots

@@ViroRadsit’s just not as easy to aim with controller, no worries. I’m terrible at aiming with controller but when I switched to pc I could pop heads with minimal practice. People are gonna say “skill issue” shit all day just don’t stress about it

As a new player I thank you for giving these early tips, all of the videos on youtube are with setups unlocked when you have 30+ hours in the game. I'll focus on these and start blasting!

I just started the game (lvl 8 now), mainly playing with my friends who are much higher levels. However this guide has helped me a lot, I don't feel like a freeloader anymore lol. Subbed and Thank you takibo !

Solid video! I've been going with just 'cool' loadout all the time which resulted in me not being able to solo any mission above diff 4. I can see that a lot of this are on the 'skill issue', idk if you've made a video on it but tips about navigating the map, objective priorities, when to compromise or let go especially on higher difficulties would be superb. A lot of video I've seen so far implied an isolated encounter or a 1v1 with certain enemy types, but in practice we're most likely being swarmed from all sides or worse having to carry incompetent random teammates (myself included). One thing tho, that maxed out fov is making it difficult to watch, the video looking all distorted not to mention the quick turning of the fps cam is nausea inducing. tho at least you have motion blur off.

The armor isn't glitched! Subversive elements in Super Earth manufacturing have sabotaged the heavy armor to weaken the glorious Helldiver troops! (Definitely not the corporations/military skimping out on armor costs and now suddenly having to actually upgrade/make armor that could actually be useful. Or the military testing armor and making improvements by throwing hundreds of Helldivers into combat as guinea pigs.)

6:33 Oh yes, there is evidence. Equip the specific helmets and then go to your armor and compare the stats. But they only give like a 1 % bonus, so it's not worth it over looking cool. ;)

There isn't any tangible evidence. Run next to another player and you'll find out its likely just some old coding that wasn't fully removed from the game.

The Defender SMG is something you will most likely buy on your easy to getting the Breaker shotgun, and imo, is an easy replacement over the Liberator. I mostly kept mine in semi-auto, and it was very efficient on ammo. DPS is not always king in this game.

@@gibster9624 doesn't help really. Unfortunately Defender is really bad weapon choice against stalkers. At the same time it's one of the best weapons against automatons, solid choice for any mission basically

I think for new players the first shotgun is also good until they get the breaker

the sc-30 trailblazer scout helmet also gives you a couple extra points of speed and stamina regen, thanks for the videos, peace

People keep saying to save medals for the breaker shotgun, but the game makes you spend medals to unlock the next page. Did this not use to be the case?

I loved the impact nades but it doesnt destroy the little automatons outposts where you throw the nades in the little window.

My friend break them by throwing the impact through the doors when an ad spawns. I havent been on an automaton planet since I unlocked them I have to see how difficult it is in person.

When within a reasonable throwing distance, facing head-on, aim your throw just below the lip of the vent - the Impact Grenade will arc directly into the vent, causing the fabricator to blow up.

redeemer is better regardless. want accuracy? swap to semi auto. armor also doesnt function. look for light with the passive you want on it and run that.

There is evidence aboilut helmets tho. Infiltrator armor from page 7 of free Warbond has slightlt better speed and stamina recovery than Scout armor from page 1. When you equip helmet from this set armor stat decreases by 6 (to 50) ehile speed and stamina go up a little bit

Yeah, on a stat sheet. Now run next to a person and see if you run any faster or farther than them. You won't, so it's a visual glitch and nothing more.

@@gibster9624 in fact helldiver in light armor runs farther than guy in medium and heavy armor. And increase on Infiltrator armor is abysmal, but it factually exists

@@gorgeousgeorge7104 The armor speed, no doubt; but there is no evidence that the helmet gives a slight buff, besides the small number increase. Many claim that it is just a visual number left from testing (helmets were supposed to have stats, but developers abandoned that idea near launch, meaning it could happen in the future, and this item could be bugged giving a bit more speed or just visually bugged, which is what ppl think). In any way, its basically nothing, really small buff if its real.

@@gorgeousgeorge7104 As ppl pointed and I agree, there is no gameplay evidence, only the really small number on the stats screen (and there are a lot of wrong stats on the stats screen, some are wrong, some don't work - for example, tehre is another helmet with stats in theory: the last helmet of the premium pass also gives a small number buff but to Armor; The Slug shotgun (free pass) says its Lightarmor penetrating but it's better, it's medium armor penetrating, and so on). Don't get me wrong, It would be cool if all the hats and capes had stats.

Play with friends (failing that, make some friends with the nicer divers you meet). Doesn't prevent you from getting team killed, but can make playing the missions as a team way more coordinated.

You can get to page 4 of the basic warbond pretty easily. You're unlocking other weapons on your way there of course, but a couple of casual days and you get there. The basic shotty can do like 70% of the breakers role until you've got it unlocked as well.

I'd say level 8 is pretty damn low level, I bought the game yesterday and I already have I if you're expecting a level 1 build, you need to play more.
