Hey people in the UK. What does blimey mean? More importantly, is there anybody that still uses it? It sounds so Victorian England to me. I don't know when how or where but people in America honestly think that everybody in England sounds like a Victorian era chimney sweep. I don't know where we get it. It's not like everybody has seen Oliver. I've determined that there are fake British accents that fool Americans but could never fool you.
