the husband (if you can even call him that) in the second is making me soo angry, his just thinking of himself, even after the divorce he didn't even mature a bit. The wife doesn't need more problems, she already suffered paying everything by herself and taking care of the kids, but he still considers himself a father just because he takes the kids to the PC bang. I think the daughter is old enough to realize what kind of father she has, and at least comfort his mother.

+Sabi Ya It's an alcoholic addiction I guess. From what he has mentioned, perhaps he also suffered a little inferiority complex from how she has treated him (like a "kid" and not an "equal"). Perhaps he tries to resolve this by acting like a "big brother"/"shelter of support" for his "friends" by paying for them, "comforting" them.

***** I guess you're right with that. They need to talk about it. He has to stop drinking and spending money that much and she has to stop treating him like a kid. If they continue like this they're not gonna be happy and they will probably divorce again. But he also has to understand why it's a concern.

Sometimes the ranking really surprises me.. How was the second husband Not the worst??? He is so stupid and childish. It was refreshing to see the guests and everyone not judging her for the divorce though. I know that's still a big thing in Korea

Sally D I disagree, this isn't the first time when a man does something it isn't voted for but when a women does something similar the votes are threw the roof. Like I said just last episode the first concern was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy worse than the mom, the only difference is the offender was a man and can get a way with being even more neglectful to his family. A women can not.

Kristy Wang Even not going by the audience you can see the same sentiments with the MC's as well as other shows. The idea of Women "roles" in Korea is as deeply rooted as black racism in America. I don't see it changing this generation. I comment on it because if just one more person sees it, it'll change eventually. Sexism in Korea is very real.

+Annonymous5411 Definitely true but in this case, I think for the first concern they thought he was worse because they were scared for the children that have to deal with him everyday like that and it may severely scar them in the future...and in the second (in my opinion he's also the worst) they already had a divorce and their kids are a bit older...but also she took him back even knowing how he is and there would be small chance of change...so I think the audience were like; well it's a big concern, but she shouldn't have taken him back or something (which is pretty shallow thinking, but it's possible that's the reason)...anyway it was only a difference of 2 votes so it's not that bad. I don't think these concerns have much to do with sexism

BOY I DONT CARE IF YOURE 25, IF YOU HAVE A FRIEND THAT NEEDS YOUR HELP (WHICH IM SURE IS A LIEEEEE) you are married! It's not about gender roles, so much as it is about doing your part. The reason your family is swimming in debt is because of you! And can we please consider the facts that weren't stressed enough?!?! the wife was sick (severely sick) SHE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. Instead of worrying for her, he literally went off to play. The mom is working as well, has two growing teenagers, had a past marriage that probably really scarred her...I feel so bad for her because she seems so kind. Her sister-in-law refuses to see him. I think there was too much laughter for such a serious situation. I don't care how "young". You are now her husband, a life partner...and you're supposed to step up!!!! Ughhhhhhhh. I really hope he somehow FIRST deals with this alcohol problem. Then maybe attends therapy with her to get their relationship in a better spot. Or she needs to find another partner...

That concern has made me so mad.....I hate it when they laugh too much with people like him. It just makes it easier for them to let themselves off the hook.

Honestly though for the 3rd concern I do understand both sides but rather than the daughter being selfish its more of a communication problem based on the example she gives. Similar to what Kyuhyun did for the concern by being sweet and kind through small interactions is a solid way to express your love at her age without being excessive (as we have seen in other concerns) , i know tht the mother is not a bad or cold person but maybe its her own tone when she gives compliments that ends up making sound nothing like one

when i was watching the girl in the 3rd concern talking about her experiences, i was like "what the hell is wrong with the people in the comments?? why are they calling her whiny and stubborn?" but then i heard the mom's side and although i do agree that the daughter is a bit whiny, it IS possible that she misunderstood her mom's intentions and therefore reacted that way and felt the emotions she felt. if she did feel as if her mom loves her dog more than her, that OF COURSE that would be hurtful. not trying to fully defend the daughter but it's not like she's a terrible kid like some of you are saying :/

yeah but she's being rlly narrow-minded.. i don't think the mom really loves the dog more than her daughter, but instead sees them both as her precious loved ones. she just doesn't feel a need to express love so much anymore (considering her daughter is growing). but the daughter is being biased towards her own opinion, thinking that her mom's affection only belongs to her and her only. she gets spiteful and talks about unrelated stuff about how she feels bad for his dad bc of control issues. that was rlly immature of her imo. and she doesn't take into account the good things that her mom has done for her, but ONLY focuses on the bad ones. she talks back to her mom/ doesnt reply her but she puts the blame on her? imo yea her mom is pretty annoying and i would've gotten annoyed too, but she doesn't even consider what disrespectful things she herself has done.

Bingsu her daughter is still the child in this scenario and all her “whining” boiled down to her wanting to feel more love from her mom, why was her mother arguing so hard against that and making all these comments like her daughter was trying to make her look like a bad person. She was being really petty when she as the adult should rise above that, but she couldn’t just let her pride go enough to just satisfy her own child. Why continue to argue “logically” when you know it’s only going to divide you and your child? It makes more sense to just give her more love. What kind of person hears from their child that they want more love and affection and then argues against that or tries to “win”? Is winning and argument or being right more important than being a good mom? Whiny or not that’s her child and she is at a stage where those interactions will make a difference. Ppl aren’t looking at her daughter as a child when she’s still a kid, of course they act a bit childish. An adult should be able to diffuse that situation, especially if they love their kid.

Concern 1 and 2 are just really dead beat husbands, 1 was the worst because he only cares about his comfort, who cares how his behaviour will affect the kids psychologically and socially? The second guy is near redeemable, he complained about her treating him like a child but that's because he acts like one, i know many friends who've married/dated younger guys and trust me, you can't tell the guy is younger because they mature...being mature doesn't mean you act like an old person but rather in this case, taking care of responsibilities and setting priorities, it is disgraceful at his age not to know what these are...part of me understands the wife but the other can't understand why she took him back when he clearly is still immature and doesn't seem to truly know what the problem was

Kyu and Stephanie looks like they want to crawl out of their own skin during the entire show, especially during the first concern... and especially Kyu. I don't think I've ever seen him look so.. disgusted before.. XD And no matter how handsome that husband in the second concern is, I would not be able to live with him. His attitude is way too childish... he's a grown man now, he can't just.. act like that. And he went out with his friends instead of being with his wife when she had given birth? Are you kidding me? I mean.. it's like his brain hasn't matured yet. .__. I just.. I don't even know what to say, he makes me so frustrated. Although the wife makes me frustrated to.. WHY get back together with someone you know is bad for you when you have kids? I mean.. the kids seem old enough to understand and old enough to tell their mom when they want to visit their father, or is this some cultural thing in Korea that I just don't understand?

In the second concern, I think the husband has a good heart since he is trying to make it work and seems like he has a good relationship with his step-children. He is terrible with money as well as comprehending the full extent of the life choice he made as a young adult. When guys finish military service + college they are usually around 24-26. While most guys his age are just looking for their first job, he makes the decision to take on the responsibility of a wife and two step-children. I do hope things work out for the family.

+Joo Ri Kim They are not his biological children. When the question "how is possible the husband is so young yet the kids are so grown up?" was asked, the wife replied it is her second marriage. He is 30 years old and the daughter looks around 11 or 12. He had to have gotten his wife pregnant while he was in high school for him to be the father.

The second one is FULL of concerns. Alcohol, money, responsibility. What married man acts that way? He has no shame and doesn't have a clue at all as to what he is doing wrong. Comfort a friend ?? At a night club/bar?? And why does it seem that he always foots the bill ? That is NOT a head of household. I wouldn't get back together again. Fix his mindset first as his family is not a priority to him.

Because of jealousy, she shows her anger on her mom without re-think that's her mom. Me too, I think she's so disrespected to her mom. But her mom should pay attention to the child too. Being together for a conversation going n family is very important.

+Joo Ri Kim I feel like the daughter expects too much from her parents. I mean, maybe even if her mom hasn't got the dog she still would treat her the same, who know right ? And the way she treated her right now is totally normal. My mom will scold me too if I have an accident like her, sometimes when you're too worried you get mad. We all know asian parents are not good in expressing tender direct love, they usually give hard love. Besides, the daughter mumbled when her mom was saying and the way she said about feeling sorry for her dad showing that even she's grown up she still has a really childish thought. Family is neither a game when everyone clarifies winning/losing nor office to need equally diving work part. I hope that she can understand this later when she gets her own family

+Nguyen Do she did say she was raised as a princess with her parents love and attention, so when she stopped getting it she probably had to go through a lot of stress. As a first child myself, I kinda understand why she feels the way she does, because it's honestly lonely and you don't really have anyone to vent or talk to and it's worse when you can't, because of a dog

I don't think so...how will you feel if your mom have more care for a dog then u? is not like a big deal but is something that can get her to hate her mother. Yes she should take care of the dog but her daughter should come first.

the only thing I feel like she was right to complain was about her mom not cleaning the dog's shit, giving him food he isn't supposed to eat, not walking him etc basically she only wants to pet him and spoil him and not take actual care of him

+Doris Ramos But if you looked at the situation, it's not like the mom was all for the dog but not for her daughter. The mother scolded her for standing in front of the car out of concern, but does the kid want her mother to treat like a queen.

Melanie T. I'm sorry but if I was her only daughter I want her to treat me like a queen. Yeah she scold her but didn't get her to the hospital. We can be here all night talking about it, for me I think that is not a big deal like she says but she is the only daughter take her of her more.

Doris Ramos Holy shit. You want your mom to treat you like a queen just because you're an only child? DID YOU NOT WATCH THE SHOW? The dog leg was bleeding which meant that it had extensive injuries. The dad SHUT the door on the dog's leg. The daughter on the other hand wasn't even bleeding and she even attended the school. UGGHHH
