What minzy said about kids can be anxious when they hear their parents shouting is true. I always feel anxious when someone shouts at me or to someone and I must say it's not a wonderful feeling.

For those interested by the missing worry : It wasintially showed between the two worries here and was about a cute 12 year old boy who was forced into taking his dad's role after his parents divorced. He takes care of his 6 and 7 year old siblings and his mom always tells him to do chores and yield to his siblings (if they want to eat smth different than he does for instance). It turns out his mom is in a very difficult financial situation and works 3 jobs. She didn't realise she had taken her eldest son for a husband way too much. The boy has a black belt in taekwondo and does a demonstration, following which the MCs give him a set of toys he had mentioned previously and that his mom couldn't afford. The worry received little votes (84) I think because the mom wasn't really aware of the problem and is willing to change. Too bad they didn't sub it because this kind of story is emotionnally intense and interesting in my pov :)

I love me some Minzy. Idc she is 2ne1 and 2ne1 is her. There will always and forever be 4. On to the concerns, the last one really touched my heart. The mother and daughter have a beautiful relationship and it was so refreshing to see the mother realize her faults. So many are so stubborn. I am rooting for their happiness.

they used to upload the full episode back then, but now they only upload a shorter, and edited cuts, and upload them separately. Some says that the last concern is too long to be uploaded here so KBS probably upload the last concern separatedly :)

I love Hello Counselor, but one thing that often annoys me (and this very well could be a cultural thing) is when the guests get frustrated with the selfishness/assholery/etc. of a concern-guest, the MCs always shut them up. And then maybe every once in a while, Yeongja will school a truly awful man. But usually the solution is to laugh it all up, give some subtle hints about how the person could maybe hopefully pretty please be better, and then usually everyone is like "LOL not a worry because it will get better!" so the results don't reflect how awful the person could really be. This is happened many times with worries regarding particularly cruel or patriarchal husbands. But why have the guests there if they can't comment? Usually older guests (40 yrs+) contribute because of their life experience, but once a young idol has an opinion, and God forbid he/she criticises the jerk in the concern, it's "Minzy, calm down." What the hell...maybe if more guests expressed their real feelings, people would get the message and we'd stop having so many awful people in these concerns. Like I wondered above, is this a cultural thing? Help me out here.

TheFreshGymJedi It’s cultural. Notice how even the language is specific to gender and age (e.g. Noona/Unnie, ca Hyung/Oppa?)An older person won’t like being scolded by someone, even less tolerance to someone younger, especially a woman.

It is cultural. But i hope as time passed, the people can be more open. I also though that every concern that came to the programme, is valid. Does not matter, if it's light concer or serious one. I feel bad for almost everyone that came. Obviously they are trying to get help. Talking here helps because both parties have nowhere to run, and will eventually listen..

The mother from the 2nd concern really made me angry. She herself used to come late when she was of her daughter's age. She kept on telling it's because she loves her. Well, love is not about holding her and restraining her from doing something, it's about giving freedom and trusting the other one.

Daughter in the second concern is me my mom has set my curfew to 9:60pm and i am 26. Honestly I don't argue with it because as long as I am still living at home with my parents I can't really complain. Also with a lot of the incidents that happen to young ladies at night here in my country I just find it safer to be home early. But this mother should trust her daughter

the fact that the girl from the second concern choose to live with her mom after the divorce is already a proof that she wants to take care of her. She know her mom has health issues like seizures and sort of, she restrained herself from being a rebel bcs of her mom's health condition... she's a good daughter, I;m pretty sure her mom would be a better person too :)

Oh, I absolutely love how ZN and Solbin are so active in asking questions and seem pretty immersed in the concerns. It's honestly pretty rare for idols to usually ask a lot like that in the show since I understand that they might feel like they're being a bit rude or something probably. But when it comes to these two, it's really nice. It seems that i've found some new biases.
