Hi everyone, this is Charles Lee with Leewi Farms. I want to tell you about how I got started with dragon fruit in my tiny apartment. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I purchased red flesh dragon fruits from the store with the intention of planting the seeds with my children. Then we expanded to include white flesh and yellow dragon fruit, thinking we had it all. I acquired my very first two named dragon fruit varieties the following month, and I haven't stopped purchasing new varieties since.
This Thanksgiving, I would like to express my gratitude to my family for their steadfast support. Together, we have grown to own over 300 dragon fruit varieties, established a dragon fruit farm, and continue to count the blessings of the opportunity to sample new fruits every season.

Hi Charles, thanks for sharing. Love that you and your family was having such a great time growing DF. This is one of the important reason why I collect and grow DF and have my entire family and some friends growing DF. The bonding, building relationships and spending quality times with your family can not be duplicated those are memories your kids would treasure 4ever😊❤️#familyiseverything

Hi Mary Ann, it is true that my kids still have several more years before going to college, and so we still have few more seasons we can do dragon fruit together haha!
