hey girl ^___^ just a lil trick for ur pasta (this is what we italians do :) ) just don't throw all ur water from pasta when u put in in the strainer. keep some in a cup and after u add cheese to the pasta in ur pan add a lil bit of water and stir and mix. this will make all ur cheese sauce a bit more liquid and u won't waste it :) u'll see how much water u need to add, it doesn't have to be so much, just enough to help all the sauce get mixed with pasta ^___^ ur videos r very nice ^___^

Chef's Advice: 1. Season Water With Salt. Water Should Taste Like The Ocean 2. Don't Waste Oil on Water. Instead, Toss Pasta On Oil After It Has Been Drained 3. Save A Little Pasta Water and Mix it With the Cheese.
