Thank you so much for this tutorial! Even though I'm playing guitar, I got the chords and base for the strumming pattern from your original recording. Thanks for sharing your passion and for helping others!

Nice tutorial! Thank you! I have to play this on my sweet pea...cause I have a ukulele with that name too. Mine, however is a green outdoor soprano uke. So not quite as expensive as your new beauty that you recently reviewed, lol. Btw, it that your Bruce Wei that you are playing in this vid? Anyway, I appreciate this tutorial because I love this music. I have a sopranino coming my way soon and I think it will be super fun to play it on that. Hope you had a great birthday and thanks again.

You’re so welcome! Sweet pea is a great name for a green soprano! Yes, it is my Bruce Wei. I had to give it some love too. I’m glad you liked the tutorial, and you are right- it will sound great on a sopranino. I’d like one of those one day...

Dis you get your sopranino yet? I’m curious what you think of it.

@@girlmeetsuke2980 I did get it! You know, I wanted to try a sopranino for a while now and contemplated buying a cheap one just to get the feel for it. But lately, I've learned the value of a decent instrument with a good set up, so I got a Ohana sk-21 from mims. I am absolutely delighted with it! It's so light and small, but it is still very playable and has a louder sound than I expected. I love the fact that I can place it up against my chest and easily play it without a strap. I traveled with it recently and could fit it and my laptop underneath the seat. I bought the gig bag with backpack straps and it's light on my back and didn't slow me down dashing through the airport, lol. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the friction tuners, but you already know all about them. This sk-1 is a solid mahogany instrument, so if you are more interested in laminate, this won't suit. But yes, I really enjoy it very much!
