It's because people had high hopes for HN1, it released and turned out to be a frustrating pile of shit. So people would obviously say "Oh this trailer isn't real, it's scripted. No way did the player know all of this. The neighbor didn't just do a dramatic shadow by itself or just time taking the camera." Also, this trailer is definitely scripted btw. The neighbor was timed too perfectly to be dramatic, the player opened the camera up just at the right time to get away and the cage door being drilled was so amazing that I wish it was that clutch in the game. But I have high hopes for this game, let's just hope the AI isn't bullshit.

Hello neighbour 1 really angered people because in the first concept it showed a super interesting AI design that people were really excited for. But then when they actually released the game they scrapped that AI in favour of more plat forming (bad plat forming too since the physics of it were just buggy)

It was indeed a broken mess, but the KZfaqrs with soyface thumbnails made a fuzz out of it for the 4 years old watchers so the devs has to milk the cash cow fast with another broken mess of a sequel.

Well now it’s revealed in the book Reset Day and the end of the Hello Neighbor 2 trailer that the crow guy aka the Guest is actually Mr. Peterson aka the neighbor.

itzCyber ok lemme explain After the neighbor got caught after Nicky escaped in act 2 (was probably a long time after) the neighbor is starting an isolated life with a crow disguise and is going through his house to find out where Aaron went after he escaped from the basement (but not the house itself) and you are a detective trying to find the neighbor without knowing that he is the crow (that’s about all we know so far, and we don’t know for sure if that’s actually it) “But that’s just a theory, a game theory!”

I love the first game. Only thing I didn’t like is the supermarket mini game. I think that one is rigged. I’m okay with challenges but that one mini game is the ridiculously hard and almost impossible. I wish they didn’t have a time limit. It would’ve been better off without a time limit.
