Everyone asks me the subtitles to understand the movie better , so here you go ( even though the last one already has subtitles but it should turn out like this )
And yes , Elsa is not a biological sister of Jack and Anna , it will explain in the movie...
Jack found Elsa on the street and decided to let her stay in his mansion as a family member , Elsa helped to do the houseworks and take care of little Anna.
++ In family portrait , Jack and Anna are brothers and sisters . There is no Elsa in family portrait because she doesn't have a blood of family members.
++ We knows Elsa's feeling , but we don't know Jack's feeling yet.
