I spent 10 days mostly on boats on the Chobe river, paradise, that's why I'm in love with southern and eastern Africa. I actually landed in Vic Falls and stayed there for two days, upon landing in the early evening the driver who picked me up told me to walk the falls in the afternoon because of the rainbows, and he was right, "another level" like you say Edward!

Edward. Victoria Falls blew me away, but the elephants with the baby elephant chasing a baboon were incredible. You do such a great service for Africa bringing all this to the world. Such quality in everything you do. I can't wait to get back to S.A. ....in about three weeks time.

Also next Zim trip you must stay at Zambezi national Park and do the sunset cruise. Hwange is awesome, as is a Kariba houseboat (bring friends to help costs) Managing Pools, Chimanimani, Nyngan eastern Highlands etc

Another great video. We were in Vic Falls and a safari in Hwange in June. Camping at the Chobe Safari lodge is one of my very favorite places, been there many times.

Beautiful images Edward! Thank you for sharing. I lived in Zimbabwe back in 1993 and 1994 and was only able to travel a little, only went to Mana Pools. My stay was cut short and I never was able to see Vic Falls, however I hope to return to see it.

Wonderful video. The Chobe/Vic Falls part brought back such fond memories. We were able to see the falls one May (very wet) from the Zim side and one October (very dry) from Zambia. The magic of Chobe. We loved seeing all the Ellies, hippos, crocs etc.but one afternoon drive, leopard, lion, tseessebe and sable herds! Can't wait for the Namib trip

Ed, I am glad you didn’t try the bungee jumping in Victoria Falls. They have a poor safety record and there is at least one video of an Australian girl whose bungee cord snapped because it had worn out and she went straight into the Zambezi and miraculously swam across the river before becoming dinner for the Nile crocs that infest the Zambezi. There have been several reports of how to give the Vic Falls bridge bungee jump a skip and the Australian girl was not the first mishap. She was the first one caught on camera.

Thanks Edward having lived worked in Botswana for over 20 years. This brought back many fond memories of our life there. We managed to go off routes not used by tourists. Sadly I'm not able to revisit again. I've got my videos to reflect on.

We just spent 10 days in Bots doing a conventional safari. Nxai Pan, Kwara and Dinare which borders Moremi. I was keeping an eye out for you, especially some of the Nxai Pan campgrounds. Maybe next time!

Hi Edward, we were in Elephant Sands on the 25th July. Unfortunately Only 1 night as accomodation was fully booked the day after. Amazing place indeed. We loved Botswana and it’s wildlife and even staying in accomodation, we saw a lot. Got soaking wet at Victoria Falls too 💦. Looking forward to your next episodes! Belaging greetings! 🐘
