He obviously struggles when it comes to his eating habits, he is very slender and has unhealthy views of food and body image BUT I think that's due to his very obvious mental health issues 👀 he's very up and down! That aside, hes probably the most real, unique and authentic kpop/cpop star I've witnessed! He isn't fake, says what he thinks, does what he wants etc ... he's my favourite! Hands down. He gets a 11 out of 10 from me ! I hope he carries on being himself and living his life exactly how he wants to! 🥰💜😍

Actually both can make a person get fat: In the case of carbohydrates, in the body produces energy, but, if someone consumes more than the necessary amount, they transform into fat, so there's a weigth gain. If you eat meat that has lots of fat (especially from the forementioned meat, if not adding extra oil/butter/etc.), The fat it's transformed into carbohydrates (simplies it's molecular structure), again if the among is big, you'll get fat.

@@gcampos3271 good answer, and the other reason is that even regular Asian food have good proportion of meat and vegetable but the main is always rice. Avoiding carb is not easy for them. I do skip dinner whenever I want to go on diet and it works very well without cutting off any carb or meat.

To me there is a big difference between shooting your mouth off and being straightforward , Yibo is the latter and it leaves no room for doubt but he’s not being impolite. I don’t have to guess what he’s trying to say, and I appreciate his brevity when required.

He can't help it, he's so busy that he only managed to eat one meal a day.. But that was before, now he looking healthier that before with all the muscles and weight that he gained.🤗🤗
