I'm sure they are similar to the Italian Mafia. I think movies give them a bad name. One of the Mafia codes is leave the civilians alone. Off limits. And if civilians are hurassed or killed it's probably just the angry punks pretending to be tough guys

One of the things he got wrong, or didn't remember correctly about the Dan White story. That was Diane Feinstein, not Pelosi,... she was president of the SF City/County Board of Supporters. So with the mayor murdered she then took over as mayor until the special election that she won. This launched her path to the US Senate. Dan White quit the board of supervisors. He then changed his mind, requested the mayor and the board let him have his elected office he'd resigned from back. They said no, he went on a murderous rampage. The Twinkie defense is just one of the biggest bullshit stories ever, and it worked. There was a huge riot because he was giving a soft sentence. It wasn't all gay people rioting as well, it was huge. He also wanted to kill Willie Brown, the Speaker of the California State Assembly, Supervisor Carol Ruth Silver who he loathed.

My father n law was a deputy in a small town. The last time I ever went to his house was on christmas eve. He was havin a good time braggin to his other son n law about getting the old town drunk in cuffs and beating him. I had been drinking. I went out to my truck to finish off my bottle of jim beam. I walked over to his door and broke the bottle against his house and called him out. He was supposed to be this highly trained martial artist. I was just a carpenter. I told him that Im drunk. That he could beat on me. The chicken shit threatened to call his entire department on me. I just laughed really hard as I felt his liver turn a bit more yellow. And that stripe on his back grew a lil longer. I got my wife and kids into the car and slung a bunch of gravel on him. The next year he delivered a car full of gifts on christmas. I met him at the door, took the gifts and went back in. We haven't spoken since. That was a decade ago. A few years after that we found that he had molested his step daughter when she was very young. She had just come foreward and told her mom that she was married to a child molester. Her mom already knew and nothing changed. Now he has been banned from being a cop. But nobody knows the true reason why. He was one of these pencil mustached, pointy booted, black leather vest and funny shaped cowboy hat type jackass weirdos who wanted everyone to be afraid of him because he carried a gun. Literally the worst kind of cop there is. I like to think there is still some semblance of justice in the system due to his badge being taken from him. Now it is just him and his wife alone and soul ran cold. This universe does bring balance to everyones lives at some point. No one escapes the reckoning.

Nor do I prescribe to a political party. Not into choosing the lesser of two evils. But very much into pointing out the behaviors of people that are against the tenants of respect for the autonomy of the individual. And the good health and well being of the individual. Tony Cerra did not defend O.J. he defended George Knighton in the Carlburg vs. The state of Michigan. The first collaboration of the state and the fbi against organized drug trafficking. The case was diminished because the evidence against many of the criminals was obtained via wiretapping which had not been properly authorized.

Mutterers get it the worst in prison. If you're a mutterer, you better hide that shit reall well. And good luck, because the gang leaders are so good at reading people they can spot a mutterer within moments of talking to them.

i had some really bad tthings happen to me while being taken into the drunk tank, even though many of those times i was sober. long story but when i was under 18...many times i got put in there by my own mother for punishment. she had some order that she could call the cops whenever and they would throw me in either detox or cells. but this also had happened to me well into my 20s as well, treatment by them didnt change. but times were not different then, and even though there were cameras set up i was beaten, dragged around, stripped naked, nearly raped if it wasnt for a fellow cell mate banging on the glass for the officer to stop. this was mostly done to me by male officers. and there were cameras. so how they got away with it i will never know. but i never fought them, people told me to take them to court for all the terrible horriying things they did to me in my life. but i am so terrified and traumatized from my experiences i couldnt go through the courts and have to relive all those things. so i just leave it in my past. it doesnt matter if theres cameras now or not, they are the biggest gang in the world and they always will have each others backs over anything and they will cover up to save their own asses. im surprised im alive to this day, i just believe maybe i had an guardian angel watching over me so that i didnt get murdered by them. but the extent of the horrifying treatment i recieved from them has scarred me to this day, i know what they are capable of and to this day i am terrified of them.

I heard that twinky defence or case talked about in school in the 80s ,it seemed to be a favorite besides the there are to many guns in America , the teachers said any criminal could use it in America to try & beat a any criminal case. Im glad I know there was way more to the story now.
