Old Asol was a Battle mage that deals persistent damage but new Asol is a kind of Burst Mage . That's why Liandry is no longer required to be build on him. Old Asol had very complex and unique playstyle, but new Asol is a bit new comer friendly.

Ahri is really good into asol she has all the mobility and it’s so easy for her to hit her charm when you use your first skill

Nice videos. Do you think they overdid it with the hotfix buff? Also, if the enemy team has no one building armor (it happens often) would you replace riftmaker for something else (since you don't really need the true damage) or is the lifesteal enough to build it? Final question: you said to not pick him into fast champions. Fair enough. If you are mid pick (i.e. you only know 2 or 3 enemy picks) would you still go for ASol or take someone safer in that case?

Mid lane is the lane I know least about, I literally don't know how the abilities of a lot of mid lane champions work. I've only ever tried A. Been trying to use Asol in supp, with various resuts...really advised to go with a tank/frontliner and cc champs.

I think that conquer should stack up with his tick DMG, like how you could stack it with his old stars

Also I prefer him baron, he’s not great at surviving ganks early and just wants to peacefully stack up. Doesn’t do enough damage early to be able to rotate like a mid should either

There's diminishing returns if building a lot of AP. I tend to go with one defense item depending on enemy lineup. Either searing crown or force of nature.

Space doggy is kinda like riven Hard to get ahead but once you got ahead you're unstoppable

Its really difficult gets a good early game for aurelion sol but late game its the best
