I'm kinda sick to the gills of people calling the Ultimate Series the OVA. the original Hellsing Series was a 13 episode summer series released in 2002-03 on DVD these videos are the second series. granted...these are closer to the original manga but the term OVA stands for Original Version Animation. and these aren't the originals...sorry.
