Woah. This is so neat. I also went on opening day yet I didn’t go inside. I went through the drive thru so seeing all of the details inside was awesome! Plus seeing the ribbon cutting and hearing others speak who were in line was so much fun. I loved this video! Great job.

If I may I suggest that white castle restaurant will have udi's gluten free burger buns, and dairy free cheese slices for the beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles, and bacon with ketchup, and mustard.

I’m SO jealous! I’ve always loved White Castle. I remember standing on my toes to see over the window to watch the burgers be made. Yeah, I’m that old! 🤣 In Pennsylvania we can only get the frozen ones. Not the same 😞 I miss Jack in the Box too. They pulled out of the East Coast in the '70s 😢 Enjoy yourselves, my dear friends. I'm so jealous! I love White Castle. I always used to beg my parents to stop there when we'd drive down south. I live in central Wisconsin, so the closest one to me is about 3hrs south on the WI/IL border.

As someone from Chicagoland who has eaten White Castle his entire life... congratulations. It is as delicious as the line would indicate. I hope to experience this feeling if jack in the box (my favorite fast food) builds a location in Chicago one day. I literally dream about it weekly

Just a bit of fyi for anyone not in the know, if your White Castle has the smoked cheddar cheese option you can get the 1921 original slider...that is the only difference from a regular slider w/ american cheese.
