In the uk (where I live) we have really long Swiss rolls not in packet of 2 or 1 The ones u made are the ones we have In the uk

A tip for your swiss roll, when it comes out of the oven let it cool slightly, then roll it up, but only let it sit for 2 minutes rolled up, and then let it unroll gently. This will give the cake the memory of being rolled, sort of like plastic that has a memory of the shape it is supposed to be. But by unrolling after a couple of minutes you lessen the risk of the cake breaking up into pieces.

You should make lava cookies, roll cookie dough into balls and place them into an air fryer for ten minutes and eat 30 seconds after cooling

OMG!! There is a Mexican version that has the chocolate cake, whipped cream and raspberry sauce inside and the Chocolate ganache outside. You can find them at any tienda. I forget the name but that would be awesome to make giant size!
