I can't even imagine what Octavia would say if she found out what happened to her father and her finding out who caused him this much pain. It's heartbreaking.

It’s weird to realize how calm and almost cocky Stolas was when he was first kidnapped, but I think it was because he was so confident that Blitzø would save him. (similar to the Loo Loo Land episode). He only got scared when he realized Blitzø wasn’t coming.

Hey all, for those who don't know, Loona's VA's fiance has passed away so, she wasn't able to do voice acting. That's probably why the B-plot feels off, but the B-plot could've been an entire episode alone as well, however, with how long this stuff takes to animate, it'll be a while before we get consistent episodes~

The way Stolas was so confident Blitzø would save him and how Blitzø was so sure Stolas could save himself because he was powerful just makes the "he can get hurt?" line hit even harder.

Blitzø's "He can get hurt?" line really hit me right in the feels. His facial expression and tone of voice just shows how surprised he is that a demon so high up in the hierarchy could get that injured, and possibly suggests that he really does care for Stolas, even if he's terrible at showing it. And the scene right after? I've never gotten so emotional from text messages before.

"He can get HURT?" That really made my heart sink, Blitzø never even once considered how Stolas might feel throughout their relationship, he felt like "he’s an immortal prince, he’ll get over it". But it took Stolas to genuinely get physically hurt for Blitzø to realize that he isn’t unbreakable, even if he never saw how much he suffered mentally, he is finally starting to realize that he’s in pain.

This episode shows how unbreakable Stolas mentally truly is, he was pressured literally from everywhere but still keeps up, I really hope Blitzø begins appreciate him as a person asap.

It ending with Stolas being left on read just broke my heart. Like Blitzø was clearly surprised and concerned when he found out that Stolas was actually hurt. The whole time I was hoping Blitzø would show up. Like I was hoping it would at least end with Blitzø opening the door to Stolas's room or something.

Fun Fact: The entire medical industry of Hell is located in the Sloth ring, which is also where the pharmaceutical companies are located. So essentially, everyone down there is doped up on drugs to be competent workers.

I don't even have words to describe how deeply "he can get hurt" hit me. Oh my God! Blitzø finally realising something like that in the most dire circumstance absolutely broke me. Kudos to the entire Vivzie team - wonderful work as always; I'm so impressed by every aspect of this show. The fights, the music choices, the comedic timing, the scenic contrast. This is insane!

Like many other's I too noticed that the falling flower petals are a symbol of Stolas and Blitzø's relationship slowly falling apart. But now that Blitzø knows that Stolas is not invincible it makes me wonder if Blitzø will do better or if he'll continue to deny himself being loved by Stolas.

Poor Octavia honestly. She's just trying to exist with a dad who's obsessed with a random guy and a mom who's trying to murder her dad. Also, everything about the "he can get hurt?" Was so heartbreaking-

Stella’s brother is really more of a brain and seems to want to get the most that he can out of this situation. He’s gonna take advantage of it and with Octavia being brought-up twice, she’s going to become a target as well.

This episode was so emotional. Stolas’s fading grin when Blitzø didn’t text him back, Blitzø’s realization that his owl could be hurt, and those unspoken feelings. This is so good and very worry some, because im worried for Octavia because im worried what Striker and her Uncle might do to her and I hope Stolas is alive and making sure nothing bad happens to her and Blitz

FUN FACT: In this episode, Striker is voiced by Edward Bosco. Edward voiced a lot of characters in this franchise, including Millie's dad from episode 5, the bouncer from episode 7, the hound from the unreleased episode 8, and most notably Alastor from the Hazbin Hotel pilot.

It was such a treat to see Striker again, Though it was a real shame that Norman Reedus couldn't reprise the role but Edward Bosco did a splendid job as the understudy for the character!

This whole episode has made you feel sorry for Stolas, his ex-wife is trying to get him killed, Blitzo’s is conflicted with his relationship with him.

The side plot featuring Loona is interesting. We’ve seen subtle joy, pure anger, sadness, but now fear? Well, it’s adorable her behavior is now similar to that of a normal dog being taken to the vet.

Sad fact : the main reason why loona hasn’t spoken these past couple of episodes is because at the time of production her VA’s fiance Billy kametz passed away 🥺🥺🥺 rip billy

I constantly feel bad for Stolas being the one who’s always being used and is receiving short to one word responses from blitz like those types of ppl are the worst. He even thought blitz would save him and blitz here thinking it was an annoyance that he got himself captured like you would think blitz would take it seriously when Stolas said he can’t use his powers so that should tell blitz it’s not a regular kidnapping moment.

At the very least Blitz and Stolas are making progress. But going from what is essentially pet and master is a LONG road to normality. And we’re talking about hell. Sooooo…LONG road. I swear relationships being normal like Moxxie and Millie or Millie’s parents has to be REALLY rare. It’s not like Stolas and Blitz aren’t concerned for one another. It’s just…a lot to work through

I always liked the back and forth between Striker and Stolas in the torture scene. Striker’s speech makes you wonder what he went through and he’s obviously going to enjoy torturing Stolas before mercing him. Meanwhile, Stolas throws him off by kicking him (and making a decent point about working for what he hates) and just… not letting Striker enjoy hurting him by comparing Striker to Blitzø. To paraphrase Abridged!Kirito to Kuradeel: “If you’re gonna kill me anyway, the least I can do is make sure you can’t enjoy it…”

I think this does allow Blitz to understand that while they maybe demons of a different class, it doesn't mean Stolas isn't incapable of feeling pain and emotions. At least Stolas is getting a bit more firm with Stella. Her brother....is going to be a problem.😨

The whole episode just felt so rushed and slapped together, but it seemed to make the ending all the more impactful by contrast.

This episode really cut the onions at the end for some people that I seen so far and for me it was a flesh wound being pierced to the heart. 🥲 so I have my hopes up that next episode won’t cause strings pull unless it’s a heavy story on about Blitz. I do have a gut feeling that next episode might focus on Blitz’s focus and his sister Barbie Wire might come to the series, or we might get over to focus on Ozzie and Fizz relationship. As Stolas isn’t the only one who falls for a Imp as a lover or partner.

I feel like the main factor of Blitz not really much concerned with Stolas is because even during the call Stolas was talking like it was a mere Tuesday and like he wasn't really in danger, which contributed to us and Blitz thinking "he'll be fine". And only during the second half did we realize that he really could get hurt

What a ton of people don’t get about blitzø is his views about status, they are so internalized within him he’s astonished stolas could even be hurt, he thinks he’s infallible and that blitzø is only a toy to him, that his protection or calls for help are games, because why would he need a lowly imp to save him? why would the feelings he offers be anything more than as a plaything? There are constant small moments of prejudice or insults at blitzø’s status, and he never questions them, and that manifests in him truly believing that he is worthless, and that nobody deserves to love someone that worthless, especially not himself

Because of his implied age, 35, I have a theory Stolas is not the original Stolas, that the previous Stolas was in fact killed. Our Stolas has many emotional needs that his upbringing denied him. A mostly absentee father and if he is Stolas the second all his siblings are thousands of years older than he is and likely ignore him. He never had a proper family and was forced into a loveless marriage. As to when Stolas needs vs Blitz's fear of commitment will be handled, feels like it needs to be, bigger? Like a season finale episode, it's the biggest issue in the series melodrama, you gotta make it the episode focus. This was more about repealing Stella's hit on Stolas and giving Blitz a wakeup call that yes, Stolas has vulnerablites. Which will feed into his fear of commitment more. Also as someone pointed out at several points in the B story Blitz comforts Loona, and she relaxes slightly. After he assured her the shot would be quick she smiles and was able to stop hiding under the chairs. When Blitz explicitly says she's his kid and hugs her she stops tembeling. I do wonder if the needle used for Loona was big because she only gets her Hellbies shot every 5 years wile most hounds get it yearly, the once every 5 years dose being bigger.

Stolas tried his absolute best to keep her out of it all, to not turn Olivia against her mother, but it might end up happening on its own.
