At Age 17, Joshua Evans was an adventurous mountain biker. All that stopped suddenly after an accident where he broke his neck and became a Quadriplegic. After years of rehab, a part-time job at Accessible Accommodation and completing University, Josh was offered his dream role at The Bureau Of Meteorology. He had to turn it down because he couldn't get to the job without a modified wheelchair-accessible van. NDIS will fund the vehicle modification, but not the car itself.
