But I am still in the same spot talking about the same thing... or the videos where people take other people's videos amd put themselves in the bottom of the screen pointing up!

I missed the deadline but my input is only topic adjacent so; I get a kick out of channels copying other KZfaqrs. Kind of doing an impression of them topped off with a similar intro. It works best if you can pick someone your viewers would recognize of course. I think This Old Tony has done it a few times very well. I can't name the videos off the top of my head though.

You already got the jump cuts right! 😂 As a video editor what drives me nuts is just constant graphics + sound effects on the screen that treat the viewer like they have the attention span of a goldfish, but then they also draaaaaag it out. Like if you're gonna change out a GI light bulb show a graphic of what a lightbulb is, but then spend a minute explaining that a light bulb is something used to brighten up something so you can see it.

Montages. You need montages.

I love videos that are genuine, passionate and interesting. I will never watch (if i can avoid them) clickbaity types with open mouth gawping 'influencers' on the titlecard. Types that have 'You-must-watch-till-the-end' videos... , or videos that are clearly faked to get you to actually watch them. Just be yourself, i like behind the scenes, titbits of the inner workings, the tech stuff. I find that interesting personally. Do videos on a repair fully, atart to finish, testing, test mode walkthroughs etc. If anything bad happens (something blows on a circuit board etc, keep it in the video, some bad things can be a good thing for views (sad but true) Pinballing is the theme, pinball enthusiasts will love anything you upload. I also would do videos in live opening, to show people playing for real etc.

Drone cam footage shot way too fast, and you must show you with the controller. RC car-cam footage from under the pins (useless). Stand in the wind and talk below the noise (okay, that is for outdoor stuff). So put the lapel mike in the Pin speakers and speak without a voice. And if your transitions induce seizures, all the better.

Videos that show, if you need five items cut out, they cut out five items. Or videos that drone on and on at the beginning that have nothing really to do with the video itself.

Here is a fun one character traits and quirks. I always wear my white sunglasses and close out my videos with a finger point at the screen and "Stay Frosty, My Friends" In your case you are a bald dude with out a beard and mustache (Top Boddy Follicly Challenged just to be PC) in a black shirt, no hat with glasses. Change it up. get a wig, Tie dye or Hawaiian shirt and no glasses, cowboy/Trucker hat etc. That will stump people and explain the 7 to people at some point as it is one of the great wonders of the world. Did your mom have a litter and run out of names at number 7 :) Dr. "This is baby number 7" Mom yes his name is "Seven" People come to expect a pattern, I know what you look like and sound like etc. If I stopped in and the person and back ground did not match, well that would be a what the heck is going on.

You should open the stream completely not ready. Things are unplugged, your hair is messy, soup on your shirt, audio stops for no reason, video's got the Jimmylegs, someone is walking around naked behind you and the dogs are mating over in the corner.

The first 1/3 of the video must be pointless and not on topic. Or a life hack for pinball that is pure crap.... leg levelers seized up... so use the wrong tools to try and adjust it, wag your finger to the camera, then take the leg off and enlarge the 2 bolt holes so you can now adjust the leg up or down at the cabinet... thumbs up.
