The thing about that loop is, what we saw was only a "sped up" version, and I don't mean he edited around how many loops they did, imagine the player doing that loop also stalling the timer for each time they did that loop in real time. The amount of patience the player had is unreal when they realistically could have been stuck there for an hour, if not more

This is samsara lotus loop. Back then it was used with King tiger wang hu and some card that deal burn damage each times lotus special summon itself (forgot the name).

This reminds me of a recent match I had against a traptrix player because I was playing superheavy samurai most of my monsters didn’t have the ATK points to trigger bottomless trap hole and the one monster I hand face up on the field was equipped with two monsters that granted defence points making it have defence points that equalled their strongest monster’s ATK points. I just didn’t do anything after I managed that because doing anything would trigger their trap cards and monster effects and they ended up quitting because I wouldn’t engage with their “you lose” machine

I had no idea that individuals would get board and AFK would cause you to disconnect and loose. That cyber dragon must had been on his rank up duel or a high win streak and would not let that loop stop him. He must had been there for an hour waiting for his turn.

I had a player actually do this to me, as soon as I saw samsara I went “hi, to bad bomber dragon is negated” and dropped effect veiler They rage quit after the lotus came back and didn’t die
