Hey, I am from Ecuador. I've been trying to find Atelopus longirostris in a place it was rediscovered 2 years ago. I haven't had luck finding individuals and I would like to know your methods for finding them. Specially during the day.

Hi Leonardo, this particular trip there were about 10 of us split into two groups along different parts of a river bank. I believe we found 5-6 frogs in total, male and female. We had conservation biologists with us who know the areas as well. Not much technique other than patience, head lamps and looking in small crevices! Good luck!
