I'm so glad they're getting along!! I think Dagger just needed to warm up to them in his own time. Cats don't really like big changes but he definitely missed Saber. I hope now he can feel a bit better about what happened. Nothing can replace a sibling but it's good to not be so alone anymore. Minion really helped him as well God bless 😭😭 he's such a sweetheart

I noticed the food on their heads but thought they got it there somehow on their own. I like that Nate put it there though. I think Dagger just needed a little while to get acclimated to the new kittens. I'm sure that he will make a great big brother and teach them plenty of things in due time.

Omg that's how I got my cat to accept my new kitten years ago, but by accident. Cat was very grumpy and hissy with kitten, but kitten wanted nothing more than to love on cat. One day, as I was feeding kitten, she dove into the food before I was finished putting it in the plate, so wet food stuck on her forehead. When she finished, she went to cuddle up against cat, and he was being grumbly until he smelled the food. He started licking her forehead and she immediately started purring. She was sooooooo happy to get love back from cat! I don't think she was too enthused when he pinned her down and aggressively groomed her to try and find more food, lol, but they were best friends after that.

We just picked up our new kitten, Serenity today ❤. She is Black and white but she isn't pure black she has Tabby spots and stripes! 🥰 She is Super unique and TINY, She is also VERY playful and affectionate, rubbing herself against us within a couple hours! 🥰 cannot wait until she can meet her "Aunties" my Dad's pittie Penny, and my in-laws Golden Retriever Sadie, she is going to be an adventure cat, going places and doing things. She just squeaked for some love
