What was wrong with the AS?

1 was completely broken, 1 had slow strobe and no horn, one was working but housing was cracked

Probably old or didn’t work

One unit fell off the wall and hung by wires, another one had internal damage, and another one was fine but we replaced it anyway because they were all in one room.
