5:50 That's actually not a lake, but a bay of the sea - The Gulf of Finland. The bay opens towards the sea under the railroad bridge, if you remember that - right from where you were standing (on your left - but a bit further away :) ). But the trees will hide your view to the bridge, if you didn't walk any further. But yeah, I recognize the spot were you filmed, the closest shore to the city center, not far from that Oodi library - just through that park. And if it was a sweet water area, it would be a pond, it's not as large as a lake. You can nearly see the north end of the bay from where you stand: south shore, back a bit to the northwest. And the bay exits towards east almost through the middle of the eastern shore. The bay looks almost like a kidnay :)

Jyväskylä is not "tiny" Helsinki is biggest but its not much bigger. Population is way bigger but in Jyväskylä you can feel real life in Helsinki i think no.

Hey! Do not talk bad about foreign labour, i.e. the pickpockets here :-) Although, I haven't really experienced one during all my years in my home city. True, there are almost no lakes here, but you do have the Baltic Sea and a lot of beaches everywhere, don't you? Huh, no possibilities to swim close to you - that is funny! Nine months of horrible weather? Please stop! Unfortunatly, you are not the only one who fails in this regard.

As a person who has lived in Jyväskylä for 36 years i would very strongly recommend not visiting Jyväskylä. It is very small city in the central Finland more then 3 hours 40 minutes away from Helsinki. Population only about 142 000 people when in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa metropolitan area more then 1,5 million people.
