That thing is crazy. My 5.7 moves my Ram pretty good. I couldn't imagine that power in such a light vehicle.

@@sam_s_ ya know what I've always wanted to do just for the heck of it? I'd like to have like a totally restored 69 Hemi Roadrunner that would knock your eyes out, but when you raise the hood you would find a slant 6. Or a 70 chevelle SS and have a straight 6 under the hood. 🤣

That is some amazing work and workmanship. This Rumblebug is absolutely one of the finest that I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. The engineering must have taken a few years with power like that and trust me I know now thats not to mention the cost ouch!! Thats the one that hurts but what a beautiful job. Simply stunning. Hope to see some more builds from builder and designer.

@@ALifeWithCars what shop do you run? I was at Frisco hill as their main mechanic and they are bullshit. I would like to see this in person someday. We did the same engine in a 56 Plymouth suburban station wagon.

LOL that's a combo of sick & hilarious, and is an awesome build. I really like the rolled stainless interior and has a lot of nice custom touches. I usually don't like the looks of the big chunk of plastic on top of the 5.7s, but is perfect for that and fills out the front end. I noticed that they kept the original 5 speed shifter in it, and was one of the first things that I replaced on mine. They make pistol grips for them, and can be found on the Mr Norm's online store. They are just like old school pistol grip shifters with the wood grain, but also had an option for carbon fiber and is what I got. It was around $150 and are not cheap, but they are US-made and just like the grip of a pistol. It's those small touches that always attracted me to Mopar, are some badass machines. The exhaust sounds amazing for a 5.7, and definitely nothing like a modern charger sedan. It's amazing what good exhaust does for these gen3 hemis, and have got 3"racing pipes on the 6.1 in my Challenger

This car was in my yard in Sedgwick Maine. It was being delivered to Mass and parked behind my sq5 in the trailer. It was primer black then. The driver was two hours getting it started on that cold morning. It did sound good when it finally started.

I just want to know where the radiator is I would think it's at the back utilizing the original area for the air cooled engine but I would really like to know the cooling system setup

The reason the exhaust is muffled down, is with that all metal interior, your head would hurt with noise.

@@DeMan-1032 you have obviously never sat in an aluminum racing seat. Uncomfortable as hell! Always found it so dumb to build a car for so called looks, instead of functionality. Then again, he did use a hemi, so he doesnt make very good life choices anyway, so yeah 🙃
