No. That’s not medullary haematopoiesis. In different stages of life (Embryonic, foetus and adult life) blood is produced from various sites like yolk sac in the embryonic stage, spleen and liver in the foetus stage and later bone marrow for entire life normally. Production of blood from bone marrow is known as medullary haematopoiesis.
