Sul sul~! If you might find the exterior familiar, that’s because I based this build from an image on Pinterest and thought of giving it my own version. This build has a small flower store, small bookshop, and nectar making (sell those nectars for profits, too!). There’s a house upstairs good for a couple and a teen/young adult, an outdoor kitchen and dining, and a small garden (both located at the second floor). Don't mind the placing of the chimney, it's for decor only. ;)
📝 NOTE: I set this house in retail lot; your sims need to buy the retail/house lot in order to play in this build. You can choose to have your sims live here and manage their business which I recommend. 😊

For a moment I thought it was going to have a horse stable on a lot with stairways, lol. Kinda disappointed and relieved at the same time when it turned out to be a winery shack.
