3 жыл бұрынHappy Halloween! Here's another edit of one of my all-time favorite shows, Orphan Black, set to 2WEI's amazing cover of Britney Spears' Toxic.
While my first Orphan Black video focused more on the story of the show as a whole, this one is about its main protagonist, Sarah Manning, as she comes face-to-face with two of her most dangerous clone sisters: The unhinged, ukranian assassin Helena and the corporate ice queen Rachel Duncan - all played by Tatiana Maslany, who flawlessly played over 10 distinct characters on the show. If you haven't seen her work on this show yet, go check it out, because it is without a doubt one of the best - if not THE best - acting you will ever see!
It's a shame she still isn't known by everyone yet, but that might change if she'll get to play the role of Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk in Marvel's upcoming She-Hulk series on Disney+.

This was great! I really appreciate your work in creating this tribute piece. Let's not let Orphan Black be forgotten just because original episodes are off the air.

Thank you! I don't think I could ever forget this show. It resonates so much with me that I feel like it's part of my DNA at this point. And now that Tatiana will get even more recognition thanks to her being cast as She-Hulk in the MCU, I'm sure there will be tons more people who are gonna discover it and see how brilliant she and this show are. And I'll definitely create more tributes for it in the future, and I'm even in the process of putting together a fan-made She-Hulk trailer using mostly scenes from this show. ^_^

Now I’m watching for the fourth time and I’m realizing that Helana keeps showing up but it’s unrealistic. For 1 thing she left Well Hendricks. She was way out in a rural area wearing a bloody wedding dress without any transportation then she shows up when Daniel is torturing Sarah because she happened to follow Sarah who was driving. One could say she hitch hiked. But she was all bloody. Then she walked through the hotel bloody again. I love the show but after watching 4 times this dawned on me.

She was raised as an assassin and knows how to track people. She is street smart. It's not unreasonable to assume that she knows how to hotwire a car.

The answer to that is a big spoiler, because you don't actually find that out until very late in the series, but if you really wanna know...
