Henrico County cut the ribbon on the long-awaited Taylor Farm Park on Tuesday.
The ceremony took place on Tuesday, July 16, marking the start of a nearly week-long celebration.
"It's the first [park] that we've built in the eastern part of the county in 40 years," said Henrico County Board of Supervisors Chairman Tyrone Nelson.
