What extroverts don't really get, is that there are many ways to live a life. There are also a number of ways to be social. While IRL interactions will always have a certain appeal, and we should probably all strive to enjoy those to some extent at regular intervals... Parties, noise, dozens of strangers all shouting over each other? No thanks, I don't need _that_ in my life. I'm not missing out, I'm choosing the things that I enjoy, that feel meaningful to me. I heard rumors of Kson pulling her to Vshojo. She might have wanted to expand the JP side with Henya and Nazuna.

@@icarue993 same rumors were floating around with nazuna and kson came out and said 100% she did not bring in nazuna even though everyone believes it. if i would take a wild guess its probably gunrun or ironmouse. The reason i say this is that matara did not originally plan to join vshojo and she said on stream that gunrun reached out to her and mouse to set up a meeting. mainly gunrun to run through ideas and convince her. same with k9kuro when he said that vshojo offered free mental health medical therapy and wellness for their roster.

As Pikame she struggled with Voms, mostly due to cost limitations and what Voms and Gyari could actually do for her. She basically out grew that agency. Voms couldn't really afford to give her a real 3D debut, they couldn't afford a real concert nor even a decently produced original song or cover, and least not more than 1 anyway, at that was foe the whole agency. Voms was also lacking in promotional partnerships, video game permissions, and merch deals. I mean no disrespect to Voms, but it's a fact they just did not have the budget or connections to really succeed on a larger scale. Pikame really wanted more than they could offer, so she left, on good terms too, tho I heard unofficially Gyari was a little salty about it, but he understood why she left. Literally, all of Henya's goals on joining VShojo have been accomplished or exceeded. VShojo was a good fit because of the friends she had there, especially Ironmouse, and also due to the freedom the talents have there. I don't think Pikame/Henya could have been as successful with HoloLive or Nijisanji, Mayne with Phase Connect, but those larger companies have far more restrictions and obligations VShojo does and honestly with less support in a lot of ways too. I she ended up right where she belonged.

There was a lot of drama insinuations, that Pikamee graduated because VOMS abandoned her to twitter haters or that there were internal conflicts in VOMS (and people even unironically referred to VOMS as 'a corp'). But the fact is, Pikamee simply grew too big to remain there. At her graduation, her channel had more than twice the number of subscribers as the other three VOMS talents combined. To do her justice, Gyari would have had to turn VOMS into a professional agency and dedicate majority of time and resources to her, to the detriment of other VOMS talents. It would not have worked and would have only caused resentment.

@@lordjey268 pretty much and im glad that Pikamee left cause if she choose to stay there, it will cause problems for VOMS as VOMS was meant to be a Friends Centered not an AGENCY that Gyari trying to make and it will not work for him for Obvious reasons. glad that Gyari went back to Friends Centered orientated as it should be for VOMS sake.
