Man that baseline with the whistle in the chorus is so satisfying to listen. This song grew so much on me in just 1 to 2 listens. Teddy surely knows how to incorporate whistles in his song. And this is just a pre-release single. She is coming back with her first full length album next month. She herself said that in her live. And she gave us spoiler for her album few months back in her IG post.

This is such a good track but it's so short! And I do wish it had been more than just a single. She's worked so hard over the years and has so much talent for the world to see. She did so well with this.

idk why people dislike these beat drop chorusses when they’re SO GOOD, the beat is so addictive and throwing vocals over it could ruin that. I love that the first part is just the beat and the second part has some vocals to balance it off

Bc the structure and composition of the song is similar to Solo. Even down to the strings in the pre chorus. Both boring Teddy Park productions that should not have been allowed after 2017. But I think this song is slightly better.

@@hsnrb9959 solo and dumb dumb sound nothing alike tho, the structure of the song is different for both. teddy is a master producer however this song just is a bit too short imo

@@jaydsh I think you need to get your ears checked. Solo has a similar structure to Gashina and Dumb Dumb has a similar structure to Solo. It only starts to deviate towards the end. Teddy Park is drying up as a producer, his work ain't it compared to other producers in kpop such as Moonshine

@@hsnrb9959 you need to get your ears checked. solo song build is: verse - prechorus- beat drop chorus- rap verse-prechorus-beat drop chorus- bridge- dance break. dumb dumb is: verse - prechorus- double chorus part instrumental part vocals-verse- rap verse- pre-chorus-verse. somi's song has no bridge and no dance break and has vocals in the chorus.

In her 1theK Originals interview she is hinting that this could be a pre-release for her (mini) album!👏 about 5 songs. I it is going to be released before the end of the year (but preferably end of oktober or begin november)😬🤞

Somi is Somi, Jennie Solo is Jennie Solo, two different talented girls, the topic in Jennie solo is about heartbreak while this is about playing a boys heart, nothing similar

I didn't like the rap in dumb dumb, they lyrics weren't good in the rap, and she sounded too different because of the way she changed her voice. I prefer What You Waiting For by Somi.
