Not only that they are smooth in terms of making you think they have really put your back in place. They have merely released air and gases between the joins just as happens when you crack your knuckles. You know your fingers are aligned properly and cracking your fingers does not realign them much like any area of the body that can be cracked he is merely releasing air and gases. However they will have you believe something else. Also you can do this yourself or with a friend.

All this stuff in the vast majority of cases has no benefit anyway. Just because something "Cracks" audibly in this sense doesn't mean its good, bad, or beneficial in any sense. It is just air being displaced. Chiropractors have a bad reputation for a reason. Whereas, a simple massage which requires no skills or training/education is actually almost always beneficial in some regard. Stretching or basic yoga/lightweight exercise is probably infinitely more beneficial as well than all of this. But hey, anything to make a buck I suppose, there are snake oil salesmen you can give your money to as well.

I mean, honestly, he he doesn't have mobility with the surgery. So why wouldn't you at least try a natural remedy before taking the steps to utilize surgery? Not to mention that even with the term fire and everything the young gentleman still seems to be very professionally knowledgeable about what he's doing. Maybe he's not professional enough for people from the 50 60s or 70s. But this day and age you need somebody that can understand the young generation and help them feel comfortable. How comfortable do you think this girl would have been with a chiropractor who treated her with the professionalism from the 60s 70s and 80s. It wouldn't go over well. They wouldn't go. And then you would have multiple people having surgeries that could have actually just had an adjustment.

100% agree, i tried one at age 18 to help adjust my rib after a sports dislocation, went back a few times to have it "adjusted". That contributed to a chronic slipping of my rib out of place. Fixed it 4-5 years later by surfing and strengthening involved muscles, but I still feel the negative effects at age 24. Stretching and less invasive techniques for long term healing are definitely the way to go. Quick fix chiropractic is a scam and potentially harmful

Sounds like what you’re saying is that you went to the wrong doctor for your problem and somehow decided that was the doctors fault and then swore against all doctors of that field. Truly genius. It doesn’t get much more big brain than this.
@smartpig555119 Жыл бұрын
@@Yung.Ert. they’re not doctors first of all. Secondly, there’s plenty of established precedent for chiropractic work doing more harm than good, we all have Google, it’s not hard to find an outstanding list of failed “adjustments” to people’s vertebrae, a practice that not only underpins all of modern chiropractic work but has been admitted by the chiropractic council as hokum.

Doesn’t sound very specific, multiple joints are being adjusted. Also, adjusting/manipulating joints always feels good because it relaxes the muscles temporarily. Eventually the muscles tighten back up again if you don’t address the reason why they were tight in the first place. Adjustments/manipulations definitely have their place but they’re often overused.
