You both did justice to this legendary song by John Lennon. I've been watching the Beatles on tv since 1964 their first Ed Sullivan show and debut on American TV. I also loved John Lennon's solo music. Oscar Stembridge you have a very unique and beautiful way of singing the song with amazing feeling and it even moved me to tears of joy. Congratulations.

I consider this one of the greatest songs ever written and the lyrics absolutely wonderful. As for the rendition, I really enjoyed it. Thanks to those wonderful people for their video. Nice work, both the girl and the guy. It is a pity more people don't listen to the lyrics and stand by them. The world would be a much more wonderful place.

The melody is beautiful, but the lyrics are purely Idealistic cool aid and reflected Lennon's naivete. Try floating those lyrics by dictators like Xi, Putin, and Kim.

That was a John Lennon cover. The Beatles never did that song. It was well after the split and John was with Yoko. The title of the album was simply, Imagine, John Lennon. Didn't know if you wanted to know that. Not trying to step on toes.
