The song that plays while Shyam is signing the NOC is the title track from Gol Maal (1979). It's a classic comedy film that came out at the cusp of the 70s. It's a masterclass in situational comedy. Numerous generations grew up on that film. The reason I like it a lot is the subtleness of the comedy. The film beautifully handles humour tying in directly with the characters in absurd situations. The comedy is also relatable and universal, not bound by the language barrier. You guys have to react to it at some point. It's an Iconic Film from an Iconic era. They really don't make them like that anymore.

Actually the meaning of these songs are yeah to express ourselves and there are some quotes in our literature , novels at least the area where I was born that when we love someone our heart is like singing and dancing , we feel like we are flying. In normal cases also when we feel happy we humming songs that's not means like these movies 😅. One thing is real is that celebration and weddings , ppl really do dances and sings.

14:55 well it's a government policy for government employees, which is basically, if a government employee dies before his retirement from the job the government is obliged to offer a job, in the same department, to that person's closest kin (spouse, son or daughter). It is because the person doing the job is generally considered as the primary source of income, so by this policy the government makes sure that the family still gets a stable income after the primary income source in their family dies.

I graduated high school in Delhi. I have an adopted family that is from Delhi and I spent a lot of time there. My Dadaji doesn't speak English and we used to watch old Hindi films together. Next time he is visiting we will do an episode that he can appear in and maybe do a full episode in Hindi. As you said our channel is new, so we are still figuring things out. o u r part indian, interesting, there was a famous actor shashi kapoor, his son Karan Kapoor is also caucasian, but he was not a good actor and didnt spoke hindi very well and there was another indian caucasian actor named Tom Alter, and his son Jamie Alter is also caucaisan and has a channel on yt and he speaks and behave completely like indian people becuase he is indian and grown up here

There used to be a law that said any person that dies at job due to industrial trauma or any other calamity, will have their job offered to another family member so that they can support the family, since usually in those days and still does, there is usually only one bread earner in the family and their demise would terribly destabilise and potentially bankrupt the household, along with some pension!

Job's are not Heridatery, it's given as a compensation in few jobs only if the person dies on the duty, it is generally given in state Police and clerk jobs only not in the Armed Forces at all. It used to be a common practice but not anymore it's now given only if the person died was the only person earning in the family.

Hey, thanks for watching. Unfortunately since this video was already filmed I can't change the mics out. This was our very first video and if you look at the other content on the channel, the mic situation improved because of course as I was editing I realized the mic was an issue. I went to high school in New Delhi and after graduating I went to an art school in Noida for a year. I also have an adoptive family that is Indian and my Dadaji doesn't speak English so when I was younger he taught me Hindi and we watched classic Bollywood movies together 😊❤️ I have a lot more content planned so if you haven't already please consider subscribing and sharing 🙏🏼😀

Hera pheri is the remake of the 1989 Malayalam movie directed by the duo Siddiq and Lal, known for their comic movies. It was one of the best comic movies of Malayalam. There are plenty of such comedies by various Malayalam directors back in 80's and 90's, many of them remade into other languages with other actors. Priyadarshan just remade it to Hindi but it's nothing like the original. Infact most of the remade ones by him in Hindi is nothing compared to the original Malayalam version. Not all movies were directed by Priyadarshan. 'Bhoolbolayya' original Malayalam movie 'Manichitrathazhu' acted by Mohanlal, Shobhana( got best actress National award for the role) Suresh Gopi etc. was directed by Fazil. Priyadarshan made this horror thriller into a comedy in Hindi. Pls watch the original. Bollywood is nothing compared to Malayalam movies.
