Fun fact, in one of Sylveon's Pokedex entries, it says it emits a soothing aura from its ribbons to defuse fights!

1:18 Bad ending: Sadly, Heracross and Pinsir get in a fight. Heracross is badly hurt and forced to retreat. 1:36 Good ending: Heracross and Pinsir start to fight. Fortunately, Sylveon comes right on time to calm them both down, making them both turn into wholesome friends.

In 1st grade my friend brought a Heracross card to school it was still so new that others including myself had no idea what it was. I drew a picture of the card art and nobody believed me it was a real thing, later on that year the cards came out and I matched up my drawing to the card in a magazine and were confused how I knew what it looked like. I still have no idea how my friend got that so early

Man, wish Pinsir had been part fighting. Dunno why Heracross got to be but Pinsir didnt. Would of made them feel a lot more like a duo/rivals

Well mega punsir is part flying countering mega heracross. But mega heracross gets skill link rock blast to balance it out i guess.

@@inkfernado9114 and also the most important part is that Dragon type was (and still is) a very special type. By making Zard part Dragon it would give him too much special compared to the other starters

I like how in the fight(most likely a territory dispute) they are really hitting each much, mostly just shoving and grappling each other in tests of strength, which is a nice realistic touch, wild animals really don’t want expend too much energy on something like, and don’t want to waster time and energy healing afterwords either, so if a fight gets physical it’s often basically a shoving match like this until one leaves.

I've always wanted to try out this game. It seems like such an interesting and different way to look at the pokemon world that we really never see anywhere else. It's like more... realistic in a way, since in these games they act a lot more like animals instead of fictional intelligent life beings who magically understand human lenguage like in the anime.

I have the game and I’m telling you it’s one of the best Pokémon games ever, there’s a lot of secrets and such hidden in every stage and the Pokémon are bursting with life! My favorites are Dodrio’s heads fighting with each other and Shaymin :33

Deep down, neither wants to die or seriously hurt the other... but when they are trained by humans it is different, there they fight more seriously, as they fight to win as if it were an MMA tournament. XD

Actually, bug is neutral against itself so Heracross was receiving not very effective damage while pinsir was receiving neutral damage Which means that probably the only reason the Pinsir wins the fight if you don't interfere is just because it's very high level
