oh... my other question was this: The door is on one side of the wall, and obviously there you can have some kind of door handle where one can grab the door and slide it. What about on the OTHER side of the door, the side that faces the wall, how can a person grab the door to slide it, especially when the door is fully open??? (I have a 3 foot wide hallway leading into a big room. The glass sliding door will obviously be installed in the big room. Here's the scenario: Door is completely open. Person is in the big room. Person walks from big room into the hallway and wants to grab and pull the door to close it behind him. How does he do that?)

Hi our Hercules soft close mechanism is no longer soft closing at one side, when i remove the valance and slide the catch across the door soft closes but when the door slides the opposite direction the catch is not reseting(Popping back down) Instead the door just bangs against the catch, any suggestions, the wheels have also become squeeky, glass door and track are a few years old now
