This is the best version of Hercules & The Love Affair, it had strength, musical presence and I don't think it will be repeated anymore :(

Love H/Love affair, they rock live, I love the soundsytem gigs remember seeing them on channel 4 new years eve and it kicked off a massive pride / acceptance phase, whatever mood I'm in they always get me boogiing about dancing n singing n feeling a lot less shitty The door bell sample is funny, there's a lot of leftfieldish mood in this set, the live horns n voguing is ace

Great set, but didnt care too much for these two vocalists though. Hands down Gustaph and Rouge Mary have been the best vocal artists ever to sing with Hercules and Love Affair

The middle guy in sunglasses has no value add. Everyone is so in sync with percussion, top notch vocals, keyboards n mixing, trumpet etc… except for him. Just waving hands and go go dancing. Unless he is the band’s producer or upper crest- there is absolutely no reason/ justification for him being in frame doing useless gestures throughout this otherwise magical rooftop sundown session.

I think that kind of dancing performance is called "vouguing" like in the 1990 house music hit from Madonna, no different from having a background dancer but i agree is unconventional for a performance in 2009.
