Можно. Раньше и других вариантов то и не было. На волновое сопротивление это не влияет. Другое дело, что сейчас легкодоступны соединители F-типа, и делать скрутки-спайки нет никакого смысла. Вы будете смеяться, но у меня эфирное ТВ работает со "скруткой" уже лет 30. Несколько раз поднимался на крышу с соединителями в руках, чтоб сделать "по-взрослому", но смотрел на эту "смотку" и отказывался от этой затеи: работает, и ладно?

@@old_falc работает' не значит "правильно"! Я тоже в "стародавние времена" соединял коаксиал, но не как электрокабель. Про то, что "не влияет" - бред, принесоблюдении (хотя бы имитации коаксиальности) получите затухание более рассчётного на каждом соединении. При длинне спуска близком к критическому получите полную жопу, а не устойчивый сигнал.

Precies.. Kabel is ook niet meer hoogfrequent dicht, en door die mis -aanpassing krijg je geheid problemen met de teletekst.. Er zijn voldoende koppelingen, Tratec F71 en F81 om alles correct te verbinden.

@@sergeysaratov9772 с какого перепуга старый кабель перестаёт работать? Я разводку по дому сделал своим старым советским кабелем которому больше 50 лет - плотная оплётка, нигде окислов нет. Единственный минус - чистится тяжело. Всё работало пока пользовался тарелкой, сейчас на айпи телевидение перешёл и надобность отпала.

Да. Было время (лет сорок назад) так и соединяли. А сейчас 2 F-разъёма и соединитель. Стоит копейки. Соединение за 5 минут.

@@nks953 Ну почему же только для "аналогового"? Любое эфирное телевидение, в том числе и цифровое, от антенны к телеприёмнику передаётся по коаксиальному кабелю. Впрочем и спутниковое ТВ от "тарелки" к телевизору передаётся тоже по такому же кабелю. Так что "Интернет" не зависит от кабеля. Если оператор ТВ предоставляет такую услугу, то - пожалуйста. Например "Триколор ТВ" предоставляет: подписывайтесь, платите денежки и смотрите.

Was thinking the same thing lol. I could have stripped both cables properly and crimped 2 F connectors and joined them together with my eyes closed, faster that what he took just to put the sleeving over the top 😂 His the sort of person that does a shit joint but makes it neat so it’s hard to spot and end up running a new cable and then find the joint once you inspect the cable outside, only to find you were only a few feet from it, turnings 2min job into 15min job. But for what he was working with it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve seen so actually a good job

Для подобных кабелей с алюминиевой оплёткой нужно применять специальные соединительные коннекторы. Медные, и медные лужёные можно спаять. А в такой вот сопле сигнал затухает на треть. Проверено.

Не знаю чё там у тебя проверено, но у меня этот кабель соединён ещё хуже, чем в видео. И все окей. А у диванных экспертов всегда все затухает.

@@izvr07 Значит у тебя достаточно мощный сигнал и затухание не сказывается на качестве изображения. На заре развития дециметрового диапазона (когда вышек было мало,а расстояние до них играло большую роль) каждая халатность в монтаже влияла на качество изображения.

@@izvr07 чел, это ТЫ диванный эксперт. Причём с большой мозолью на жопе. А я тот, кто решает проблемы абонентов сети кабельного ТВ И Интернета. Так ,вот при развитии ЦИФРОВОГО тв , такие вот ,"скрутки" очень весело вырезают целые грядки цифровых пакетов, и это при 128QAM а если 256, о вообще вешайся. (В теорию вдаваться не буду) Наш ОТК за такую работу, на этом же кабеле и повесит.

Как говорил мой батя:"This is BRED OF SIV KOBL!!!". В переводе на русский:"Бред сивой кобылы!" Он тут экономит на изоленте походу))) Такой обрыв, конечно лучше спаять, но обычно кабели складываются вместе скручивается "косичка" центральных жил, фольга вообще удаляется, также отдельная косичка из оплётки и плотно зажимается, обматываешь изолентой, делаешь обратную петлю и мотаешь той же изолентой к этому же кабелю или можно наложить шину из кусков кабеля. Изолировать желательно яркой изолентой не в цвет кабеля, чтобы было видно место повреждения в темноте или на снегу. (Если вы конечно не собираетесь маскировать это от врагов))). Термоусадкой заморачиваются только если идёт подача питания по кабелю и то в магистральных линиях связи. Будет он так каждую скрутку зимой делать, руки отморозит. Ну и поставить "бочёнок" на "F"-разъемах, тоже вариант конечно...

I told a friend to do that to a cut exterior cable while he was on a 2 week service call waiting list. Worked as a get cha by and he was a happy camper. Sometimes you all over think the easy stuff like it's the end of the world. Old school bubble gum works as a bridge.

@@BillyJoBuck right, but it's not a "repair" as the video shows or leads you to believe. Trust me, I've done my share of cob jobs until I could return and do it correctly the next day. Customers freak out if they don't have some kind of working service. There would most certainly be too much signal leakage to support high speed internet modems though. Cable yes, internet no.

Todo tiene que ver con todo . La pinza universal (en lugar de alicate ) oxidada, el cable con una malla del.¿.30 % ? Igualmente, si soldara la unión básicamente mantiene la posición centrada del conductor respecto a la malla...Pero algo de perdida habrá. Cómo dijeron, lo correcto es conectores F y un HH...Si sólo titularan " cómo empalmé.. " en lugar de " la técnica..." Saludos

Согласен, это соединение для прохождения радиоволны не подходит. Если нет муфты и ф разъёмов, тогда сложить как буква Л и соединить концы.

Ideally, RF cable should not be spliced. It can mess up the impedance of the transmission line and throw off the SWR causing energy to get sent back into the transmitter power section, reducing its life. The shielding did not look like it was spliced well enough to avoid leakage. If you must splice, use solder for the center conductor and ensure adequate shielding is added to complete the bridge. Solder should also be used there too as it creates an intra-metalic bond that has lower contact resistance. Electrical tape should be replaced by self-bonding silicon rubber tape.

@@GIRLYMECHANIC I get that, but that's not what it says in the title. It mentions "correctly & firmly" that implied some sort of standard repair. Standard repair is to replace the cable or build a new one. For a field repair, this is neither correct nor firm. In his channel description he clearly says his videos are targeted towards Americans. That's a highly industrialized nation where their citizens have access to coax cable, connectors, solder, splices, shrink tube, and all the things necessary to ensure a "correct & firm".

😂 Эт точно. Вот время настало, учат все и всех при этом сами не понимают как это работает. Коаксиальный кабель предназначен для передачи радиочастотных токов а не подключения лампочки, по этому основным параметром является волновое сопротивление, соединив так волновое сопротивление значительно изменится, что приведёт к несогласованности антенны и фидера, будут большие затухания в линии.

sebaiknya kabel tembaga yg tengah sebelum disambung di kerok/kerik dahulu, krn biasanya ada lapisannya, biar terhubung sepmurna. lebih baik lagi klo disolder sblm di isolasi

As a 25 year veteran in the communications industry NEVER do this unless you're using an antenna on your roof. If you try this with CATV a bucket truck will be visiting you to cut your service off within hours of your repair and if the leakage is bad enough you may just get a visit from the FCC

If I follow this video to hook up my outdoor TV antenna to get crisp signal what is the problem? It does not mean his approach will not work. Authorities only want you to follow standard to reduce errors.

@@hphinn to answer your your question what harm would this do? It let's in interference and also attenuate any signal from antenna. Nowadays cellular phone frequencies are close to HDTV frequencies. Best solution is replace cable with new quad shielded cable even for otv antenna.

Ingress on return will find that node. Two way system reflection is bad on that your digital channel will suffer bad. Look at your spectrum analyser if you have one youll see.

And this is why we have ingress checks on our plant 😂 diy sometimes isn’t best. I think there’s videos on here that show how to properly do a barrel splice if needed. Fairly inexpensive and a lot quicker

I tried this with my CB radio antenna coax cable that got sliced this winter by a deer (alright, it was me with the ol' John Deere snowblower, but don't tell the wife...) last winter. Now my "good buddies" up on 11m say my voice sounds like a German robot, and also now, switching to channel 6, sparks come out the speakers when I key up... Good as new!

In Vietnam, we have abandoned cables like this and replaced them with optical ones a long time ago, buying wires like this in Vietnam is a bit difficult.

Who would have thought that Vietnam was ahead of the so called western world. We have both in the UK but most tv is still transmitted via satellite and terestial aerials via this type of cable. Optical cable at the moment is mainly for broadband internet.

Some are watched by digital receivers, and some carriers that provide sports channels such as football use satellite receivers. and TV in Vietnam have houses just for beauty because they don't watch, each person has a phone and most of them watch tiktok with 4G sim and WiFi.

Дело не в окислении. Соотношение диаметров центральной жилы, толщины диалектика и внешней оплетки определяют волновое сопротивление кабеля. В этой точке будет сильное отражение и сигнал будет сильно искажен. Правильно использовать переходник с резьбой и хорошую изоленту, или заменить весь кусок.

@@TIR_SERGEY нужны обжимные переходники с резьбой, они имеют совпадающее волновое сопротивление с кабелем. Каждый профессиональный кабельщик имеет такие в закромах. А сверху гидроизоляция, самое простое это изолента. Срок жизни будет зависит от качества изоленты...

Bueno... Si ya sé que voy a unir dos de esos cables y lo voy a hacer con tiempo, me paso por la tlapalería o tienda de electrónica y compro dos campanas y un conector de esos que tienen dos lados iguales, pongo las campanas en ambos cables y los conecto con esa unión doble que digo. Tu técnica no es mala, funciona en un caso emergente, es decir si el cable se rompió o seccionó por algún motivo y es tarde o de noche y no hay donde comprar las partes que expliqué antes o si uno no sabe de ese conector/unión.

a mí no me crean pero unir el cable así causa perdida de señal, lo recomendable en un caso así es unirlos juntos en paralelo con soldadura de estaño

Если сигнал сильный, то похер как соединять, а если слабый, будут потери, так как изменится волновое сопротивление и появятся стоячие волны!

Señor, x favor, eso no es ninguna técnica. Eso no es ser profesional de la profesión. Aquí en Colombia se llama de manera grosera, ser un chambon. Lo correcto es usar los conectores y la unión para cable coaxial. Me imagine esa mal llamada técnica x la herramienta que usa.
