The historian knows quite a lot of the migratory history of the Ewe people. However, a few other parts need more clarity. You may want to invite an Ewe person to tell the story. That person will also be able to mention the names properly.

I read a comment which said Paul, the host, was all over the place with his questions, but I think he rather did a great job trying to bring much clarity to the discussion. I found the guy who was being interviewed to be misplacing some of the puzzle pieces. Saying things like Ewe means "people of the valley" sounds like an unproven insertion into an already complex tapestry of competing oral accounts. The guest has the pieces, I am not putting him down, but I am just advising him to revisit where he's placed some pieces. The general outline chimes along well with what we have been hearing and have come to embrace as highly credibility. A couple of stated specifics are however radically questionable. Hats off to both Host and guest. Let's stick to thr "facts" and resist the appeal to embellish.
