if GPS is added to note let me tell you GPS can be jammed by putting notes safely in metal shield such as in brass mesh or in lead camera film protector this will help in jamming GPS signal thus delievering wrong signal to the GPS tracker thereby sending the tracker anywhere besides the exact location.

As far as i understand the ability and working style of modi... There might be some tech involved in 2000Rs note to track them up... These are the things which strengthens the doubt.. 1) why they created 2000Rs currency? It doesn't make sense to demolish 1000 note and create 2000 note. The reason might be the cost involved in making that technology on the note. With 2000 Rs note cost is reduced to 50%. 2) Why the hell this kind of technical rumor came in light... it's not like anyone can think of this kind rumor which is technically possible but not yet done. 3) Modi is a tech loving person... In Gujarat he made a plan for e-governance in 2002 when most of us won't even know how to use emails.. He set up the committee for e-governance and started gathering all the data in 2002 itself.. by looking at this kind of track record i will not be surprised if they think of creating hi-tech notes which is possible to do from last one year. People who follow nano tech are knowing that. I am not saying that this rumor is true... but there are very strong chances that after 7-8 months govt. start catching all these people who again start storing black money..
