hehe i wondered if you had forgotten to tag on the flooring. Needless to say, it looks fantastic. What a difference. Good colour too. Really grounding. You can actually tell just looking at the floor the quality of it. It was my first thought. I have found it really interesting in the past few years, I have noticed that USA homes have their washing machines and driers upstairs, also becoming more prevalent in UK. It makes sense to me in a home if that is where the bedrooms are and linen cupboard. We have driers here in New Zealand of course but have the tendancy to hang outside to dry when and where possible. Our electricity is quite expensive here. I was quite surprised at how much Tommy had grown! He is just delicious. Love him.

Really like that flooring! I am in the process of remodeling my house also! I now have carpet throughout and I am sick of it as well so looking at that type of flooring. Roofing guy is coming next week and since I am sick of shingles that dont last no time I am going with a full metal roof! Get ready because any kind of roofing is not cheap now days! Like you say one thing at a time as finances allow over time is all that can be done!
