not entirely sure how these are mutually exclusive? i'm not even a fan of balenciaga, or vetements for that matter, but surely making a limited number of overpriced t-shirts is better than charging $10 for something mass-produced? at least from an environmental perspective. but at the end of the day, fashion is the epitome of consumerism and superficiality anyways.
