I report a person carrying drugs and using drugs in public places and Dubai's Police Narcotics Department ( 4 months now) they barely say something. It seems a pretty slow system, or somebody is a very important person powerful enough to have influence on the Police Cases. Any alternative?.

Good afternoon i'm from canada And I'd like to know if it's possible to find out about a man that's supposed to be in custody in Dudai AL Qyadah Metro Station 2 police custody. Or am I been scammed by this man? Apparently he tells me he's at this place and held there for quite some time. He is a friend of mine. I've been online with this person for 1 year plus. End is asking for my help to pay for some luggage to be released. I have his name and he has my email as well. But I'm kind of concerned now. Because this has been going on for too long.
