@zachsuedmeyer25264 жыл бұрын
Idk the exact size but where I currently live 650$ gets me a restroom that is larger than her kitchen+restroom and every other room is bigger than her entire apartment. I'd love to live in Japan but it could never be in Tokyo XD tbh at my size I literally wouldn't be able to fit in the loft.

I like how there’s a door between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment, it helps a smaller space seem larger. Been seeing more and more loft bedrooms in smaller apartments that also help them seem more roomier

Also good for keeping cooking smells from getting trapped up in the loft area. Unless the cooking took place in the microwave oven.

here in switzerland you also have to pay for "oversized" items by weight to get them trashed, so people will very often give second hand furniture to the thrift store or give them away for free online. putting them by the roadside with a hastily scrawled paper that says "free" on it is also a popular choice.

Out near Boston or even in Boston 650 usd, could get you a shared house or apartment so you have a bed room that's private, a shared kitchen n restroom. Apartment wise not too far off but no door separating the kitchen from the other rooms unless lucky, some do most don't.

I have enjoyed several of your videos, you girls have good personalities with each other, and when you interact it's funny sometimes. here in the USA, our bathroom has both a toilet and a tub, plus a sink. My house has two bathrooms I have a big soaking tub in my room plus a shower stall and a toilet, my other one has just a toilet and a tub, plus a sink. I have 7 kitties that have their own room with two 80" cat trees, plus two Litter Robots (which cost $ 550 US each, which is approx 61,721 Yen.) because it saves me money. You see before I was using about 175#/month of cat litter, and had to clean their litter box several times per day. Now with the Litter Robots, I am using about 42#/month, and I do not have to clean their box about twice a week because they clean themselves. Worth every penny. And, yes they are spoiled rotten!

So I was glad to spot it next to her desk :).This was really fun to watch! And I was just watching tiny houses before, so this fit right in :). Out of curiosity, because I don't know/remember: what does Alex do at TC? Oh, and I also love woks but I've never seen oen with a lid like that. Does it help steam things inside or something?

I just watched all the tc homes videos and I love how every single one is so cute and unique and everybody did a great job decorating. at the same time I'm horrified at the rent and people even commenting how cheap it is. here in Germany I have 130 m2 +balcony +garden + 2 garages +double carport and we're paying 1100$ including all utilities. we're living about 15 minutes from the city centre (so not countryside or anything) I'd probably be instantly broke in Japan or most other places you guys are from 😅 hats off for being able to afford that, you must all work so hard 💪
@lostseeker883 жыл бұрын
Income level typically matches rent price. I'm in Central California which is a less desirable part of our state and a studio apartment not in a horrible part of town would. be around $1100.00 and drastically more for somewhere like LA or San Francisco. So for someone coming from an area like this that is a cheap price for a metropolis like Tokyo.

I think my place is slightly smaller and cost about 545$ while being located 45 mins from the center of Copenhagen, it is student housing though, so you may even be able to find something cheaper as a student (I'm told I didn't get such a good deal haha) but if not, even for a room you're likely looking at around 650-700 bucks and for a one bedroom apartment it's around 1200 bucks maybe slightly less but yeah... It can get expensive...
